Tell Union Jack We're Comming To London

 
Yes! Just a little more than a week to go and I'll be in London! Yay! I'll go to London with my little sister for 3 full days of shopping! Can't wait! I only found myself spending all the money I saved for this trip. Damn! Why did I do that? I always tell people to regret nothing, but right now I feel a little bit of regret myself. I saved €400,- and together with the €500,- I was planning to use from my credit card credit, the fun would be limitless... But... the €400,- ended up being only €100,- and that'll probably go to food and drinks. Argh!
Though I can still buy a lot of stuff with €500,- since we will try to do some budget shopping... it still sucks! And of course I bought lovely stuff... Marlies Dekkers underwear, shoes, make-up, clothes... I still find it stupid that I did spend all that money. I bought all this stuff everybody can buy in the Netherlands, while I should've bought stuff in de UK people don't have over here. Blegh!
Ow well... it's just the way it is.

But... about London: We'll travel there by boat, whick I really love! We'll sleep on the boat and will arrive early in the morning. I'm planning to go to Oxford Street straight away that day! We can put our (empty) bag in a locker on Liverpool Station, so we don't have to go to the hotel first! We will shop till we drop for 3 full days, before we will get back with the boat late in the eve. We will arrive in the Netherland again early in the morning.

They finally arrived! Yay! Have been waiting for them for weeks now, but they're here, and they're mine. Sadly I had to pay some extra duties... €80,- Damn! It did hurt a lil' but the shoes are still less expensive than when I'd buy them in Holland (next to the fact that they don't even sell these colours in Europe).
But... here they are, and they're better than I expected!

So gonna wear them tomorrow!

Minus 10 kg

I think we all know this problem. I'm too heavy. Too much fat on the wrong places. With my size 40/Large I really have to lose some weight, but somehow nothing has worked yet. I went to the gym 3 times a week, but now, after a year and many diets, I stopped my membership at the gym, because it wasn't worth the €40,- a month, while nothing was happening. I didn't feel like going anymore and I wanted to end it anyway as soon as I would find my own home.
I decided I will do it on my own by going for a run and getting on my bike now and then. Since the weather is getting better, it isn't too bad to exercise outside anymore.
I have to lose 6 to 10 kg and as you may understand, I'm having a hard time trying. Every day I tell myself "Tomorrow I'll start eating healthy and gonna quit the candy". Today I kinda found a way to take away this feeling of hunger. I drank 1 liter of water this morning before work. It sounds like a lot, but it isn't that bad. At work we have these large bottles with SPA and I drank one all by myself. Only bad thing I did was snacking some meat and a cheese, but that's all. I wanted to eat a sandwich, but I was so full, I couldn't finish it and somehow that felt really good. Maybe I found the right way to eat less? Cause that really is my problem. I don't eat bad things... I eat pretty healthy actually... but I eat too much. Not too long ago I could eat more than my dad... well... that's pretty bad! A lil' girl eating more than a grown man.

I'm gonna try to keep up with the less (but still enough) eating and going for a run/ride about 3 times a week. My mountain bike is still at my dad's, but maybe I can pick it up soon, so I can do for a serious ride, instead of cruising on my grandma bike. Haha!
We'll see. It's sad how pessimistic I am about it already. *sigh* I just need to go one size down! Other people do it! Why can't I do it?

Must Have: Thin strap high heels

I've been looking for these shoes for a while and every time I saw something like it on the internet, I was wondering where people got them, but I finally found out!
These thin strap sandals from Zara are just amazing and I really really really want them!

 I love them so much! I really have to safe money for my shopping trip to London, but I just have to have them! With their €70,- they aren't very cheap either, so I'm afraid I'll have to wait. They are so pretty!
I also spotted a new JC shoe which I have to have, so I'm afraid I have to make some difficult decisions next month!

Where are my JC's?

As I told you earlier, I'm having some trouble with my latest order from NastyGal. NG ships her orders with USPS and USPS is am American shipping company. This meant, as soon as an order leafs the country, they hand it over to someone else. In this case... sadly, they handed it over to PostNL, the most common used shipping company in the Netherlands. Well... and I said sadly, because PostNL isn't really known for their good service. The shoes arrived in the Netherlands exactly one week ago on May 11. But, as you may understand, they're still somewhere, waiting, to get sorted and delivered. This morning I finally found out what my new tracking code is, so that's a plus and I know they're safe somewhere, but I still hate the waiting! Ugh!
Well... I'll keep you people up-to-date about this shitty stuff!

Music Of The Moment

Though my taste in music doesn't really change a lot, I do, just like everybody else, have some favorites of this moment. This really depends on my mood and what happened and of course what''s new for me or something like that. Though hard rock and metal are the kinds of music I listen to most of the time, I also listen to a lot of other styles. Almost everything except hiphop and r&b actually. And if there's something I really can't stand, it's rap music. Blegh!

Must have? High Heels!

Seriously! How could you not want these heels! I spotted them on nelly.com not too long ago and I fell in love right away! Nelly is an amazing website with too many budget shoes to count. I bought many shoes on this website and some of them didn't cost more than just €50,- and you really wouldn't say if you'd see them.
But... these are, though they are probably worth it, €99,95! *jaw dropper*
Yes! I'd never expect I'd say €100,- would be expensive for shoes, since I ordered my 6th pair of JC's worth almost twice this price, but somehow, for just a little pump made out of FAUX leather... na-ah!
Maybe I'd buy them when I had a discount code, but they will never become a shoe I would wear on a daily base, so I'm not sure.
I deffinitly love them, but I wish they were real leather! Bad choise of material for such a lovely pump.

Creepers! Horror!

Today the Creepers I ordered a while ago, arrived. And the horror! It really looked horrible on me. It was so weird! They look really amazing on other people, but I guess I'm a little too heavy for these shoes. Somehow, it wasn't working AT ALL! So, I'm gonna send them back... and I'm a little sad about it too. I don't feel comfortable in my own skin lately and I'm feeling fat. I know most girls know what I mean and every day at work (I work in a kitchen and there's a lot of delicious stuff involved) is a real torture and I can't stop eating. Blegh!

I'm also having some issues with the JC's I ordered from NastyGal a week ago. Not because of NastyGal, but because of the Dutch border security an such. They are being a real pain in the ass. I never had issues when items got shipped with International shipping companies, but since USPS handed the package over to PostNL, I have to wait for my shoes much, much longer than I did in the past. Damn! I really like NastyGal and I think I'm gonna ask them if it is possible to ship with DHL in the future, at least shipping to me.
I contacted PostNL on twitter and with an email so I'm hoping for some quick response, but I'm afraid it'll take a while. I'll probably get an answer by the time I've already worn the shoes a thousand times. *sigh*
Let's keep our fingers crossed!
Haven't heard about the Kill Star T's by the way!
